Ridiculous high $$$$ oil changes. Had i known of the price gouging, i could have saved over $35. We had a deal that Silsbee would deliver my car for $400. After two days, Silsbee backed out of the deal. I had to wait three days so I could have my wife help me pick up the car. Silsbee tried to charg After two days, Silsbee backed out of the deal. I had to wait three days so I could have my wife help me pick up the car. Silsbee tried to charge me too much three times for the car. I believe that they were honest mistakes but not checking the numbers makes me wonder. The last math error, I had to bring it to the sale department twice before they corrected. James Redd was nice and helpful. Joe (Finance) could have been more friendly. He did not want to make the effort in checking the numbers. More
