It is a fun place to go to have your Toyota Highlander serviced. All of the employees there are very friendly almost like family. I dealt with Mason at Silsbee Toyota, he was very personable, quick to answer any questions I had (and then some) and called to let me know there was a recall on my car they had found when running my personable, quick to answer any questions I had (and then some) and called to let me know there was a recall on my car they had found when running my VIN number. Silsbee Toyota was able to get the part changed out, while they were changing out my tires. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. This was my first time ever buying tires by myself and I will most certainly be back to Toyota to buy my next set when these wear out! I called around and got lots of quotes before committing to one place for new tires, Toyota gave me the best deal by far and had the best warranty! 10/10 recommend! More
