The best dealership I been to...EVER! As an international student, its kinda hard for me to get into a showroom and choose a car with the price I want. I experienced some troubles when I went to another dealership nearby Purdue and wasn't a pleasant time However, I decided to have a road trip all the way to Indy and that's why I walked into the M-Benz of Indy. And Brad was the first person I ever encountered in M-Benz of Indy, and he actually spent a huge amount of time explaining the spec of a car and gave me some really useful tips about how to choose the best car that fits me. (I spent almost a week there just to get a car) Now I own a GLK 350 for almost 3 yrs and I had lots of wonderful maintenance and body shop services with Nolan (Service) and Lucas (Body Shop) Each time when I need to schedule an appointment, I don’t need to go over some difficult automated phone system or filling some charts online. All I need is make a phone call and everything is set without any problem (EVERY TIME) Undoubtedly, M-Benz of Indy is the best dealership I ever had :) More

After a curiosity trip to Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis and interacting with Brad Frauhiger, I was hooked. This was my first Mercedes purchase and the experience/service has been so overwhelming, I likely will never buy another brand other than Mercedes Benz. Brad Frauhiger was the representative whom assisted me an was unbelievable. I evaluated other similar pre-owned E-350s for sale at a variety of other dealerships and in the end there was no comparison. They may not beat the competitors on pricing, but they do not need too as they are clearly the leader on the quality of pre-owned cars in there inventory and equally if not more important, service. Each time, I say that my new car is the best I've ever driven, which is true. Nevertheless, my next new car will always be the best ever purchased. I return to what is now known as Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis, because of not only the product but as important is the service. I've outlasted all the staff save 1 salesperson at their north store e.g., World Wide Motors and Horst Winkler, the dealer. Horst was my most able salesman for many years. However, for my wife, Alexa and my past 5 purchases, I've dealt with the store's GM, Brad Frauhiger. What a credit to the brand, store, Horst and our entire MB experience. So many times, Brad has gone above and beyond what any dealer would provide by way of competitive car purchase pricing and service, beyond the manufacturer's policy. Brad has built in an annuity for himself and the store in our repeat business. More
