This dealership is truly lucky to have a guy like Art Kupelian on their side. I spoke to him in the morning and asked him when I can come in and see a car, and he told me that he had time whenever I came Kupelian on their side. I went in and he showed me the car that I wanted, he took me for a test drive and answered any questions I had. When we got back to the dealership, he didn't pressure me right away to go in and start talking numbers. I still got out of the car and looked around and made sure that it was the car for me. Then I, asked him if we can go inside and talk some numbers. We sat in his office and he didn't pressure me one bit. I knew that price I wanted to pay and Art did nothing but his best to make sure I was happy with the numbers. Most dealerships you go to, the salesman rush you and right after the sale they ignore you and pretend that nothing ever happened. Art is not one of does salesman. In fact he delivered the car to my house personally and in the days right after he kept emailing me and texting me to make sure that I am happy with my purchase and to assure me that he is there for me if I ever have any questions. I am sure that this dealership has other fine salesman, but for me and the experiences that I have had buying cars in the past at other places, Art is definetly number 1 on my list.
