Original service quote for oil change ( synthetic) and tire rotation was $175 which I thought was excessive . I took off the tire rotation and was quoted $120 for just the oil which I still thought was ov tire rotation was $175 which I thought was excessive . When the car was done service guy presented bill for $65 and I was pleased with that so I will come back . Note :Been a customer for 15 years . More

It was quite embarrassing to be waiting for your vehicle when two grown men are verbally assaulting each other with F bombs and insults very loudly. One of the employers actually went around the counter and pushed the other one while sitting in his car. I found this uncalled for and not one acting manager to intervene. No apology from any one! Beyond unprofessional! More
I love my car. Took it in for a recall. My car was returned to me not as I left it. There were shards of broken glass on my dashboard, debris in my front seats. Took it in for a recall. My car was returned to me not as I left it. There were shards of broken glass on my dashboard, debris in my front seats. They took out the carseat I had in the back seat and did not re-install it. I called about the shards of broke glass on my dash, it was "I don't know what that was". Something obviously was broken in my car. I've called my advisor 3 times and have not received a return call. Very disappointed at this point. More
