Toyota of Simi Valley - Service Center

I was called in for the "Second Key Delivery Program. " Robert Hudson was my Service Advisor. I thought it would be a quick interaction, but Robert thought they'd need at least an hour, maybe a little m " Robert Hudson was my Service Advisor. I asked if they had a loaner, I had planned to take care of errands around town after my service visit. Robert said no loaner was available but he would see what he could to to minimize my wait. I sat down in the waiting area. Easily, within ten minutes, maybe five, he called me over. I thought he needed more information, but when I went to his work station he said the key was done. I was impressed, to say the least! Outstand service! I will ask for Robert as my service advisor for my future service visits. More
