Service advisor handled my repair in a timely manner and made accommodations due to the need for a loaner car. However, after picking up my car, I noticed a scratch on the dashboard. The staff is always great but your prices and recommendations aren't appropriate. When I came in for a scheduled service, there were over $1,000 of recommended services.
