Brought vehicle in on Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend. Visit was for several periodic services and to investigate occasional thumping noise. It was very, very busy! Expert technician for investigating thumping noise was very busy, so I let them keep the car overnight. He was able to diagnose the problem (problem with a front shock) and do the repairs early Saturday. I had the vehicle back on Saturday evening of the Memorial Day weekend! Excellent service, especially considering their workload! Over the years I have purchased at least 4 vehicles (2 new, 2 used) from this dealership and they have always treated us well. Bravo for a job well done! More

The "normal" service was excellent but a safety software update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or tw update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or two after I returned home and needed to load something. Two stars might seem a low rating for this, but this is the second time this has happened in a software update. Both times, the problem was easily fixed with a new upload, but the service department should have checked all systems before declaring the service done. More
