He is knowledgeable, professional, polite and contentious and keeps excellent records for my car. The entire dealership is clean, well-run and every department seems to work well with one another. I made a reservation for standard service maintenance. Upon arrival I stopped where indicated with a stop sign to wait for the Toyota representative. Two vehicles pulled in behind me and saw me waiting. However, they decided to go around me, and the service representatives took these people first. I became very annoyed and informed the gentleman I was here first and was waiting my place in line by the stop sign. They did not care and took the others first. I was furious and made it clear but to no avail. I hate following rules and then getting screwed. I will do my best to take my vehicle needs elsewhere. It was a routine service with an 8am appointment. My car was not ready until 10:30...worst service ever. More

I received excellent service from Oscar at the Service Dept. He explained everything in person and in the short video of the car that he sent via text. The video was very informative. I waited for my car to be serviced at 20,000 miles. I was out of there within an hour and 20 minutes, that’s fantastic service. Service went well. The van came did come back with a weird fish eye lens effect on the backup camera that was not there before. So that kind of stinks. And I really believe dealerships need to bring back car washes to be included with their services. It was such a nice bonus for the customers, and Covid is over. The only reason to not do it now is cutting cost, not customer appreciation. We spend 60 grand on a van and buy all the service packages, a wash isn’t a big ask. More
