Very disappointed with the service department. They were trying to earn my business and sent out a good promotion for an oil change special so I decided to return there. I had just changed my engi They were trying to earn my business and sent out a good promotion for an oil change special so I decided to return there. I had just changed my engine and cabin air filter 5-6 months ago and the service advisor texted me that they were both dirty and needed replacement for $74.00 each. Then one minute later, I receive a video from the technician showing me that the engine air filter was clean but the cabin air filter was slight dirty. The service department is only there to take your money and the service advisors work on commission so they will try and squeeze every dollar you have. I do not trust them with my car! More
