Showed up as a walk in in the late afternoon because that annoying check engine light came on 2 days before a long trip. They got me in and out before they closed. annoying check engine light came on 2 days before a long trip. They got me in and out before they closed. More
First spent 2,200 for the brakes and suspension but they didn’t notice a big leak that it had. Then took it back to get the leak taken care of they charged 5,800. It wasn’t ready the day they said kept tell didn’t notice a big leak that it had. Then took it back to get the leak taken care of they charged 5,800. It wasn’t ready the day they said kept telling me to call back. When I would call they said they would return my call and never did. When I do get my truck one of the wheel caps was missing, the fan was broken, the coolant overflow was left open and all the coolant came out. One bracket was not even bolted right. I go there for the warranty and for genuine parts and it comes back worse. Then one of the advisors got mad because I didn’t go back to him. Very bad experience. Manager said he would order the wheel cap but nothing yet. I don’t know what they did to it because after the first time that it went in for the brakes it started having issues. More
