Yesterday, I had my car serviced at Toyota Simi Valley, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. They even offered me a shuttle in case I needed to go anywhere. As I needed a battery, I got one. After the fact, I found out that I was not supposed to be charged installation of a battery. I will not be coming back Simi Valley Toyota. Juan was a good communicator, he came to find me each time he needed to communicate with me. I went on a two hour walk after dropping off my vehicle, and when I returned, he said things were a little ba time he needed to communicate with me. I had wonderful service in the past, but unfortunately, my service advisor retired. When I arrived, I felt brushed off by my new advisor, and my concerns about time were not heard. An issue was found, and my service advisor retired. When I arrived, I felt brushed off by my new advisor, and my concerns about time were not heard. An issue was found, and I was quoted a large number. From the video, I wasn't completely sure there was an issue. Once home, I looked under the hood and found items not put back securely. I have since had the car looked at elsewhere and was quoted $1200 less to fix the issue. I don't think I will be bringing my car back to Toyota anymore. More
