I dropped of my car off at 7AM and was told all services would be done by 12. The car was not ready until 6pm. I was giving the runaround when asking for update at every corner. The original service advisor would be done by 12. The car was not ready until 6pm. I was giving the runaround when asking for update at every corner. The original service advisor Steven Mozes left midday and left no updates with any of the other staff regarding the cars assigned to him. The second advisor assigned Rob Olson, was not updated about receiving my car until about 2pm. He did his best to expedite the process telling me my car would be ready around 4:30pm, but it still took over an hour and a half extra. Communication was very poor between the staff, and it caused a major issue in my plans. I also asked to have extra points of my car inspected, and they were not completed. More
