Everything was ok except my usual advisor wasn’t there. The other service advisor who helped me was good except my car took a lot longer than the ETA he gave me. I also called to check on the status of my vehicle, and got hung up on by another service person. I called a second time and finally got a hold of my advisor and he said the vehicle was ready 10 minutes ago however that wasn’t showing on the status link provided by the dealership. Anyway not a big deal but just thought I’d share the feedback. More
My truck pulled out of the bay, was parked for over 40 minutes, Steven walked by me several times in the waiting area, did not say a word to me. I waited about 3 hours (for an oil change, tire rotation, e minutes, Steven walked by me several times in the waiting area, did not say a word to me. I waited about 3 hours (for an oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Finally, I asked Steven if my truck was finished, he had no clue. My keys were laying on his desk, he printed out the techs report, mentioned the tires, the oil change, and recommended spark plugs and hoses next time I come in. Did not mention the cooling system, which according to the techs reports says it needs Immediate attention, so now after spending three hours there on Friday I am going to have to come back, you guys suck. More
The service writer was pushy. He asked me if my was paying out of my pocket because I didn’t want to pay for something he recommended.
