Asked for all the fee's up front. Salesman was very misleading over the phone. After arriving, found out about a $499 DIC (Dealer Incursion Cost) that was NOT mentioned on the phone. The sales man sa misleading over the phone. After arriving, found out about a $499 DIC (Dealer Incursion Cost) that was NOT mentioned on the phone. The sales man said "we have nothing to hide" over the phone. I guess nothing to hide except a 500 dollar fee that he forgot to mention before we drove over an hour to attempt to buy the car. Very misleading and unethical. I will never buy a car from Simms Chevrolet and will encourage others to assist me in the free advertising of the dealership. More
