Jose Vinas is very attentive and listens to all your concerns and makes suggestions in a timely manner. All my warranty & out of pocket costs are clearly explained. Even though we have service done at Simpson that is not covered by warranty, we go ahead anyway s and have an extended warranty on both automobiles. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous to me and my wife every time we visit the dealership. In addition, they are very responsive to our needs and always have the car ready when promised or provide a rental if repairs or service run longer than estimated.
