Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove

Not very happy with Simpson. I spent a lot of my Hard earned money on chevy at Simpson with a Tahoe and Silverado. My silverado got a service. When picked it up there was a n I spent a lot of my Hard earned money on chevy at Simpson with a Tahoe and Silverado. My silverado got a service. When picked it up there was a note to make an appointment to fix the Headlight. No notification, no call, no attempt to fix it. I then had to go back 1 week later. My wifes tahoe got a service. As i picked it up and drove home the "check engine" light is on. I called and they said that they were told by the customer to only do the oil service. So now I have to bring it back. I would expect that a truck that I bought brand new from Simpson, with the highest warranty and service would be treated with the proper quality I wanted to buy my truck from the dealer, take it to get serviced at the dealer and be able to have a dealership that I trusted. Thats not going to be simpson. More

Was quoted a price TWICE for a standard maintenance job. Job then cost $100 more than quoted twice. Also - slow. Brought my car in early afternoon for a simple job and next morning pickup. They had my truck for 2 weeks under warranty repair they weren't sure if I was going to get a loaner until you warranty repair was verified picked up my truck after 2 weeks the repair wasn't complete becau weren't sure if I was going to get a loaner until you warranty repair was verified picked up my truck after 2 weeks the repair wasn't complete because we overlooked a repair that was needed now I have to go back drop it off again and wait for another few days to pick up my truck terrible service the people are friendly but this whole system sucks!
