I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from your company. I dropped my vehicle off over 10 days ago and was not provided with a loaner, so I’ve had to pay for a rental car out of received from your company. I dropped my vehicle off over 10 days ago and was not provided with a loaner, so I’ve had to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve contacted your company multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but no one followed up. I’ve received a few texts here and there, but still no clear update on my vehicle. I finally had to come back in person just to get an answer, only to be told by someone else that the people working on my vehicle were out and that I would have to wait several more days just to get a diagnosis. At this point, my vehicle still hasn’t been diagnosed or repaired. Once it is finally diagnosed, I’m being told the repair will take additional time, which means I could potentially be paying for a rental car for several more weeks. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. More
