However, my interaction with your finance department was disappointing and lived up to the negative reputation often associated with auto financing. The finance representative rushed through the pricing section of the contract, ultimately steering me toward a monthly payment that obscured a final price significantly higher, by several thousand dollars, than what I had agreed to. I believe this began when Jennifer's manager returned from sales management during negotiations and asked me to initial a payment amount on a slip of paper, which appears to have been a tactic to justify the inflated price later on. While I have purchased at least 10 cars, this was the first time I experienced this technique. This was my second purchase at your dealership, and our third Chevy. More
