Even with an appointment I had to wait to even have someone check on why I was there. Once finished, I was told my car would be pulled up, almost 30 minutes later I was still waiting for my car, had t someone check on why I was there. I am unhappy with the service department at Garden Grove Chevrolet every time I speak to the representative Williams he tells me I don't know I asked them when will my car be ready I don't know I purchased Chevrolet every time I speak to the representative Williams he tells me I don't know I asked them when will my car be ready I don't know I purchased two vehicles there have I would have known that the service department at Simpson Chevrolet Garden Grove is terrible I would have never purchased my two vehicles from this dealer my vehicle needs parts I told William if I can bring back the car when the parts come he says I don't know why do you guys hire people that are not knowledgeable at what they do I am now looking for a different service department to get my two vehicles when I arrive there or my son arrives there we have to wait there is no greeter nobody to welcome us it feels like business is not appreciated at the Garden Grove Chevrolet either the service department needs to be retrained on customer service skills or rehire new personnel it's terrible I don't even want to get my car serviced. Service and cashier did not communicate. I knew they closed at 6 PM. I contacted my service advisor and he did not say that my car was ready when it was and it was close to closing.
