I've had many interactions with Simpson Service Dept and they are very good. They are knowledgeable and keep you informed of the progress of work on your vehicle. The techs do a good job of diagnosing issue they are very good. They are knowledgeable and keep you informed of the progress of work on your vehicle. The techs do a good job of diagnosing issues and completing repairs. I would like to single out Jose Guerrero for his great service my last time there. He was able to get me the best price on the work I required and looked for ways for me to get any discounts I was eligible for. He is very personable and communicates progress and next steps in a professional but low-key way. I highly recommend Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove. More
