Even though the service center was slammed, Jose was able to get me in and out within a very reasonable timeframe. He also told me about a coupon that I didn’t even realize I had. I was quoted a price here and once I signed I later realized they added $2000 more. It was my fault for not reading the fine print but I do believe the sales tactic was morally wrong.
