My service representative Jose was very helpful. I am not happy with my brakes and having no remedy to the loud noise they make. I have made a complaint with GM I am bummed my car has had issues w I am not happy with my brakes and having no remedy to the loud noise they make. I have made a complaint with GM I am bummed my car has had issues when it has not been a year of owning the vehicle. It’s pretty and I do enjoy driving it but it has been inconsistent and inconvenient at times. Not having it for 3 weeks is ridiculous I think all the people at garden grove Simpson are extremely friendly and professional. I do highly recommend their dealership More

I took my car in because my shifter wasn’t going into manual mode. They claimed that nothing was wrong with the shifter but after I took it to another dealer the next day they found that the shifter was manual mode.
