Truck was in the shop for 3 weeks, I had to call to follow up on the repairs, I left 3 messages for Jose with no call back and finally got hold of him. Once the truck was picked up 1 mile down the road follow up on the repairs, I left 3 messages for Jose with no call back and finally got hold of him. Once the truck was picked up 1 mile down the road warning lights came on the dash and had to return the truck. Not sure if those lights are related or not and then Jose Guerrero, service advisor, stated, that "we will not look at the truck unless you sign a $300 fee for checking the truck" That was ridiculous and I contacted the service manager who then told Jose to proceed to check out the truck. More to come. More

We took it for a drive and he broke down the features for us. Alex quickly came by from the sales desk to verify our payments and if there was anything else needed. Jim was quick and to the point. We got through the whole process in 2 hours from start to finish we were out the door with our new Chevy. Highly recommend to anybody looking for an easy car buying experience. More

Poor follow up when Truck would be ready. Had to call multiple times. Told on Friday it would be ready Tuesday. Called Tuesday and then advised Friday.
