Vehicle was not ready the date I was giving. From sales to the service center there customer service is bad and don’t care about their customers even though I bought the vehicle on there location. Issue after issue and there’s always an excuse not to fix what they guaranteed. More

Shawn from service took very good care of me, he went above and beyond making sure that the service requested was made the right way and expeditiously. I received updates via text message which works gre above and beyond making sure that the service requested was made the right way and expeditiously. I received updates via text message which works great due to the fact that I’m on the go and unable to pick up phone calls. But during more extensive conversation, I would get a call. There are times when things are out of 110s however the updates let me know that everything is being taken care of and not placed on the back end. I would reach out to Shawn in service dept at Chevrolet in Garden Grove. A commute from Redondo Beach passing other dealerships for great service. More
