⭐ One Star From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment four days in advance, only to be told upon arrival that I needed to leave my vehicle and they woul disappointed. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment four days in advance, only to be told upon arrival that I needed to leave my vehicle and they would get to it in approximately four more days. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if the vehicle will sit for days before anyone looks at it? My vehicle had one active code and multiple pending codes. I specifically wanted all of the codes properly diagnosed so I could understand the likely causes and create a repair plan based on severity and probability. I fully understood that addressing every issue could take time and money. Instead, the service advisor focused on only one code. What about the other codes? Without inspecting or testing the vehicle, he confidently jumped to replacing the glow plugs. A code can have several possible causes, including the glow plug itself, wiring, connectors, excessive resistance, or the control module. None of those possibilities had been tested before replacement was proposed. That is not proper diagnostics, it is parts changing at the customer’s expense. I left without having the work performed, and I will not bring my vehicle back. More
