Communication and service was poor. I asked for a copy of my card health report and it appears a car health report was not done. Although, according to the disclosures listed on the inv I asked for a copy of my card health report and it appears a car health report was not done. Although, according to the disclosures listed on the invoice they had inspected the vehicle (tire air pressure, fluids, exterior light, etc.) and they did not report anything was wrong. However, my left front light was out. When I asked the service manager why I was not notified, he told me the disclosures listed in the invoice are generic and they are only done in specific types of services (not when they replace the spark plugs). I believe this is misleading on the dealership’s part. They should not list a service that was not provided and have you sign and acknowledge they did it. Lastly, they damaged my key. At the beginning the manager did not want to take responsibility, he said my car was a 2015 and the key was old, but I told him that my key was not broken when I left it and I should not be responsible to pay for something I did not damage. He said he would order the key case and replace it, and that it would take about two weeks. I was not satisfied with the service or the people skills exhibited during my visit. More
