The service itself went as planned, but the price i was quoted by the service team, was 150 less, than what the cashier wanted to charge me. If i had not had mentioned it, i would have been over chsrged. Looks like the service department needs a new way to clearly indicate on the paperwork if the customer has the Century maintenance or any specific plan, so that the cashier can properly chatge the customer, or a better training of your employees. Unfortunately I went in for just a recall problem to be fixed and then was told I had THE FOLLOWING SERVICES NEEDED: RADIATOR REPLACEMENT $2696.26 TRANSMISSION SERVICE $469.95 INDUCTION CLEANING $324.95 fixed and then was told I had THE FOLLOWING SERVICES NEEDED: RADIATOR REPLACEMENT $2696.26 TRANSMISSION SERVICE $469.95 INDUCTION CLEANING $324.95 ALIGNMENT SERVICE $149.95 I chose to decline and get a second opinion, upon that second opinion I was told there was absolutely nothing else wrong with my car. It’s unfortunate that as a young female car owner I don’t feel comfortable taking my car to the dealership anymore, knowing that they are going to try and take advantage of me to try and get me to pay to “fix” problems that do not exist. I do not recommend taking your car here for even a free service at this point, and I certainly will never be back. More
