This was my first service on my 2024 Silverado 1500. Service Advisor Shawn Holmes did an outstanding job explaining in detail how this service would be handled. Once again I was disappointed with the service center. I didn’t want to go back after the last time but decided to give them another chance just to be disappointed again.
