My service representative Jose was very helpful. I am not happy with my brakes and having no remedy to the loud noise they make. I have made a complaint with GM I am bummed my car has had issues w I am not happy with my brakes and having no remedy to the loud noise they make. It’s pretty and I do enjoy driving it but it has been inconsistent and inconvenient at times. I took my car in because my shifter wasn’t going into manual mode. They claimed that nothing was wrong with the shifter but after I took it to another dealer the next day they found that the shifter was manual mode.
