The communication and commitment to providing accurate information and completion dates needs restructuring. Having my truck in for an motor replacement for the 2nd time (third motor) you would think the information and completion dates needs restructuring. Having my truck in for an motor replacement for the 2nd time (third motor) you would think the service team would be more empathetic and strive to make this visit easier, instead it was just as bad as the first with false promises and lack of communication. In too of that this issue started back when my engine had about 16K miles and just because it’s still not resolved past 60k miles I had to be without a vehicle for over 3 weeks. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed. More
