Luis from service did a great job helping me out. My 24’ Traverse indicated it needed a break pad change so I took it in since I was going to get a oil change done anyways. Luis mentioned about a issue that the break pad sensor could be off or may need a update so i wont need to spend money on replacing it. I really did appreciate that since I know other places will still replace them even though they are good, just so they can get your money.
