My service person was awesome from start to finish! I would highly recommend HIM. Notes about the experience though. The line was very long and the line entered Trask street. There should be someone outside at all times talking to the drivers in line. All of us in line ended up blocking the handicapped parking which weirdly is situated right next to the service area lines. Waited in line for 15 minutes before any guys started to walk out from the service center. Car wash guys just spray on top of the car is a and not a true "car wash". For as much as we are charged for oil changes we should get a true car wash. I mean just invest in a drive through type of you don't want your people to do "car washes". Also, I sure do wish they would make the maintenance a little cheaper or give discounts to loyal customers, it is way too expensive. More
