Normally we receive good service from Simpson Chevrolet, but this time was different. It took about 17 days to get our vehicle fixed (apparently our warranty couldn't decide if there was coverage for the p but this time was different. It took about 17 days to get our vehicle fixed (apparently our warranty couldn't decide if there was coverage for the problem.). The loaner we got was an electric car and it was very inconvenient to charge as we had to find EV charging stations and then wait 45 to 75 min to fully charge the battery. When we finally got our SUV back, the service dept. left finger grease marks on our upholstery by the driver's side door and left a Big Gulp Cup (Trash) in our center cup holders and the car was not washed. Thankfully our $50 deductible is all we were responsible for and probably the best part of the experience. We were disappointed as we have taken our SUV here several times and have always had a good experience. More
Disorganized with no ability to manage their workload. Intake took 30 minutes and cars were waiting in the street to line up for an advisor. Tire rotation took 1.5 hours. Took 25 minutes to receive my car back after paying the cashier. Service advisor admitted that multi-point inspection does not actually take place beyond a visual observation of obvious issues. Wanted $300 for a real inspection. More
I was charged for something I shouldn’t have been charged for so I had to come back the next day to get it resolved.
