Thank you for the way your staff handled us. We are senior citizens and It’s always a vulnerable feeling when walking onto a car lot. Your salesman, Matthew was a class act. Friendly and not at all pushy. Alex took his time to explain everything to us until we were satisfied. A very patient man. Christian helped us understand the financial part and the contract. He was a good teacher. Later we met with Frank in Parts and he gave us a confident reassurance that we will get the parts we were missing. Fernando treated us like family and installed what we needed very quickly. The bottom line is this—the entire staff treated us like we were their best friend. I will return to buy our second car there and I will see to it that my family goes there too. Thank you all!!!
