Brought my car in for a recall and some service. Got charged $800 and my car is worse off now then before I brought it in. I was told I will get pictures of the balancing of my tires and got nothing Got charged $800 and my car is worse off now then before I brought it in. I was told I will get pictures of the balancing of my tires and got nothing and my car pulls more now. I didn't notice anything before bringing it in. I was told by Huu that the recall repairs will fix the issues with the constant notice about my trailer break and he said that will fix it. I still have the error appearing to this day. Nothing got done with my car and I spent $800 dollars on it and now will have to come in again to the dealer and waste my day doing it. More

Jose Guerrero treated me like a valued repeat customer that I am. He kept me informed about the service status and answered all my questions. I felt I was in capable, service-oriented hands.
