I was over charged for my vehicle, I was given a price over text and once i came in to sign the paperwork there was additional charges of about 7K put on the car of extras that i never agreed on! No one t over text and once i came in to sign the paperwork there was additional charges of about 7K put on the car of extras that i never agreed on! No one told me anything about these charges and never went over any of these extra charges! I also tried to do everything online but sales rep kept saying he cant do everything online and i have to come in, i tried to do as much as i could online and when i came in it still took over an hour to complete, i have never had to wait over an hour after signing most paperwork online. After talking to the manager he said there is a option of me to do everything online and have the car delivered to my office! The sales person looks like a big liar in my books now. More
