When we came in on a Sunday, late afternoon, no one appeared willing to help us, so we left. I guess it was getting near the end of the day and no one wanted to jump into a sale, which takes several h appeared willing to help us, so we left. The only reason I came back and bought the vehicle a week or so later, was that it was a very low mileage, used vehicle and having searched all over LA and Kern County, on the internet, it was the best deal I could find. Second time in, the staff were more helpful, but inconsistent service and not super-enthusiastic sales staff. didn't feel warm and fuzzy about it. Sales people should really make every customer feel good about spending their hard-earned money on such a big ticket item and should convey an understanding that it's a big deal for someone to purchase a vehicle!! There was one young lady who had a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor, but another sales person, more senior I suppose, got to deal with us. Some advanced customer service training wouldn't be a bad idea for the dealership, as it wasn't that bad, but the experience was a bit underwhelming. More

Jose the service advisor is great and kept me up to date on the repair. But as a service center it took 5-6 days before my veh was even diagnosed and I couldn’t get a loaner car from the dealership on the repair.
