i did receive good costumer service when I arrived but after I left it all went down hill. I received text messages about my car but when I asked a question to William through the number that was provided after I left it all went down hill. Also, when I received my vehicle the things in my vehicle were moved. Stuff in my vehicle doors were on the floor. The center console had items shifted around in it and the items under dash panel near the floor was taken out and thrown on the seat. What also bothers me is I am paying for a maintenance package and nothing on this service was covered which is odd because we recently had an upgrade to our plan. I hate to say this but I received better service at Ford with my last vehicle. More

I feel like the dealer kept my truck for too long for what I was asking. I wanted 100,000 mile maintenance items (fuel system flushing, etc), a tune up, and to check an engine light. I dropped the truck off on Monday night for a Tuesday appointment. I didn't receive a call until Wednesday night telling me the result of the check engine light and that they needed to order a part. I asked if I could pick up the truck and bring it back when the part arrived, but they hadn't done the maintenance items yet. It was still not ready on Thursday afternoon. I was finally able to pick up the truck on Monday afternoon, but they forgot to do the tune up and still didn't have the part. So the truck was in the facility for over a week for just some 100,000 mile maintenance items. I did receive a rental car, that I appreciated, and the William was very nice, but overall, not a great experience. I would have expected them to complete the maintenance items on Tuesday and order the part. I should have had my truck back on Tuesday night. I just had the tune up and part replaced at another mechanic and they had it all done same day. More

Just finished up a 3 oil change package and every service was performed in a reasonable time with the longest being 1 hour & 45 minutes and the fastest time was just 45 minutes. Nice Surprise! This has to have been one of the worst experiences. I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales people and the sales manager were extremely rude, misleading committed to selling us a car that wasn’t I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales people and the sales manager were extremely rude, misleading committed to selling us a car that wasn’t available then had to scramble and get another car because we threaten them with legal action and then because that car was $500 more upped our payment extremely higher and played a bunch of games with it wouldn’t bring The car for hours Even though every half hour they would commit to bringing it. The car was for my niece and it was her birthday present as she was extremely upset and was in tears by the end of the process. They ended up, showing up with a vehicle late at night in the dark around 9:30 PM. Drop the car off didn’t have the documents correct? Didn’t have the lease at the correct mileage per yearand when asked to correct it. They said we’re just gonna cross that out and and here’s a screenshot of the dealer information so we have no real proof that other than just their email that that the mileage is correct. They harassed my niece about her college documentation for the incentive, even though she’s enrolled and has a student ID at Saddleback and they even got the approval from GMC on it. They said they were gonna give her new rubber floormat because she works for a feed supply store and wants to make sure that she keeps the car in excellent condition because it’s a lease and they never brought the floor mats at all and didn’t respond at all to it. They gave her no walk-through whatsoever of the vehicle, the salesperson statement whom we’ve never even spoken to prior to the delivery they sent somebody other than the person that sold us. The car said it’s pretty self-explanatory. You guys can just kinda learn this on your own.. The sales manager and salesman would ignore our calls unless they wanted to speak to us to change the price or do something that was in their favor. No person should be have to deal with this kind of issue with people when buying a car. It is extremely unprofessional and very, very poor. Poor customer service and conduct of a company. More
