Well it's a Full lot. It's was very confusing to locate parking. As soon as we pulled in there was a sales person that guided us. I knew he (Diego Ortiz) was going to the guy to sell us a vehicle. Diego explained everything even thier custom leather options. My wife and I, even my daughter was happy with him. My daughter drew him a picture and it's something she doesnt do for anyone. We all felt very confortable with him. During the process i believed that the trail boss came with a 120v outlet on the bed of the trailboss. Diego took the time to show me that they actully dont. He was very attentive with my daughter also even until after we picked up the vehicle the following week. I had questions after we left the lot and he still took the time to answer. NOW THAT IS COSTUMER SERVICE! Proud of it. More

I was not satisfied I was going to do an oil change service and I asked that Advisor About a different thing and right away, he’s trying to sell me other services on top of it. I had to buy a service e service and I asked that Advisor About a different thing and right away, he’s trying to sell me other services on top of it. I had to buy a service extra to get the three pack. I usually go to the one in Buena Park and they are awesome. I will not go back to Garden Grove after my 3pack expires More
