I purchased a 2024 Silverado from Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove and had an excellent experience. I was looking for a 1500 LT with a number of extra options. The dealer did not have what I was looking Garden Grove and had an excellent experience. I was looking for a 1500 LT with a number of extra options. The dealer did not have what I was looking for in stock. They were able to find what I wanted at another dealer and were able to trade one of their Silverado for it. Service department covered their tracks using wire out claiming I never asked for a specific service when I first arrived. They failed to keep promises and are untrustworthy.
