came in twice for same issue. Clunking in the rear.. first time service dept replaced driver side rear leaf spring, after that clunking was enough louder. was told to drive to t Clunking in the rear.. first time service dept replaced driver side rear leaf spring, after that clunking was enough louder. was told to drive to till it settled... drove 500miles and clunking still there. Brought it back and was told they measured the axle and with spec and don't know if its leaf spring or axle. was told to nothing they can do and to call GM.. and once again truck was dirty for pickup More

We had a phenomenal experience purchasing our new Tahoe at Simpson Chevrolet. We drove up from San Diego due to the fact they had the vehicle I wanted at the best price I could find in SoCal. Well worth t at Simpson Chevrolet. We drove up from San Diego due to the fact they had the vehicle I wanted at the best price I could find in SoCal. Well worth the extra time. Ron was an exceptional help, and Christian was amazing. They are doing their part cutting down on paper waste. Everything was signed digitally and we were handed a thumb drive with a copy of all of the paperwork (instead of an inch of photocopies). Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
