I took my Traverse in for a oil change and tire rotation and was met by Jose the service rep. He took the mileage and ran a diagnostic test, walked around the vehicle looking for door dings and damage and t and was met by Jose the service rep. He took the mileage and ran a diagnostic test, walked around the vehicle looking for door dings and damage and then we walked into the service office and Went over my service record to determine what I needed.
