I’m not sire why, but I put just one below perfect for this review. It shows much lower. Anyway, it isn’t perfect because nobody greeted us or explained what the process was, etc. Three people by the coun this review. It shows much lower. Anyway, it isn’t perfect because nobody greeted us or explained what the process was, etc. Three people by the counter were not on phones, computers, or doing paperwork, made eye contact with me, but offered no greeting when I smiled. Not like Simpson across town. It was not great. When finally engaged, the process was good. Better customer service will improve everyone’s experience. The space to wait is lovely. Restrooms are tidy. Just spake to your customers. Thanks More
