Jennifer made this car buying process easy. She was not aggressive at trying to get a sale in. I have encountered many aggressive sales people at other dealerships that made me go look elsewher She was not aggressive at trying to get a sale in. Lost all trust in getting my vehicle serviced here again. I was missing a few items from my truck some straps, a radio, phone charger and cargo net all inside my vehicle. along with crumbled up trash in the I was missing a few items from my truck some straps, a radio, phone charger and cargo net all inside my vehicle. along with crumbled up trash in the back seat. Then when I wanted to talk with the service manager another person tried to assist me and said they would reimburse me for my lost items. Still have not heard back but what my issue is, is that I am supposed to feel comfortable and trust the dealer where I bought my truck from to service it and not worry that things will be missing along with no communication. It was a pleasant experience working with Pablo at Simpson in Garden Grove. We found the exact same car at another dealer but chose Simpson because of their support to my son's football team (El Toro Simpson in Garden Grove. We found the exact same car at another dealer but chose Simpson because of their support to my son's football team (El Toro HS) and Pablo's personal approach with us. We have have bought two cars from Simpson Chevrolet (Irvine and Garden Grove) and both were great experiences. We'll be back. More
