The team clearly told us all the terms up front and this was an exceptional one-pay lease deal. Couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was. We went in to test drive the car and they set up everything for us to complete online so we didn't need to waste hours at the dealership. Came in the following day, picked up the car and were on our way. Even when we had some initial set up issues Seth, Tyler, and Randy went above and beyond to get sorted for us. Was able to book an oil change and diagnostic visit only one day prior. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean with free coffee or tea. I am so glad I contacted Randy and made the purchase with Simpson Chevrolet!! I was so impressed by their professionalism! They facilitated the majority of the process online, so there was very little paperwork to do when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, saving my valuable time. The vehicle was ready at the time we had set, clean and in showroom condition. Tyler did a fantastic job, dealing with the last bits of paperwork and then showing me the car and setting up all the software in it for me.
