Great experience! I had issues with the Subaru Outback I purchased at a local dealership, attempted to trade it in and get something else from them. They shared an ins I had issues with the Subaru Outback I purchased at a local dealership, attempted to trade it in and get something else from them. They shared an insulting counter-offer (not even in the KBB range of a fair trade-in) so I moved on. I found a VW Passat here and I loved it! Asked for a trade-in estimate of the Subaru and they offered MUCH more than the other dealer and acted completely in good-faith with a generous offer! I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They listen and treat you fairly. GREAT buying experience. They were efficient through the process, but I feel like everything was clearly explained and I was not "hurried". FIVE STARS! More

Quick easy smooth sale I found this steal price online. I was able to make an appointment online for test drive. I also was able to get all my loan information set up online which I had a phone call immediately to finish the process. So when I arrived the car was clean ready to go. I loved the drive of the new car. So of course I bought it. It only took a few minutes since the paperwork was all ready. I loved how this dealership was clean. The shop was clean and all the cars werewell taken care of. You can tell they really care for their vehicles. I also liked they new so much of the previous owners on the vehicles.
