Worst dealership ever This place is awful. I called, talked to Mike and was told I could turn my lease in a month and a half early and my last 2 payments would be waived. This place is awful. I called, talked to Mike and was told I could turn my lease in a month and a half early and my last 2 payments would be waived. Upon taking my car to turn it in, come to find out my latest two payments would be waived ONLY if I bought or leased a new car. The manager Rick was useless and they refuse to own the mistake made by their employee. Now I have payments to make on two cars for the next month and a half thanks to the useless and flat out wrong info given to me by their employee. Do yourself a favor and use literally ANY other Ford sealership, this place is shady. More

swindled on trade in apparently i didn't realize the difference between the two phrases, "i will give you your payoff price for your trade" and "we will payoff your previo apparently i didn't realize the difference between the two phrases, "i will give you your payoff price for your trade" and "we will payoff your previous loan (and roll the difference into your new car" until it was too late. now they're selling our old car at a huge markup from what they paid for it instead of a reasonable markup if they would've just treated us fairly in the first place. very friendly people, but i will never buy a car from them again. this was just a little too sneaky for my taste... I looked back to GM thinking I wouldn't be able to afford a new F150 Ford. So I got pricing from the GM dealer. Then I spoke with Ryan Marshall my salesman at Skalnek. He said lets see if we can work something out for you. I am happy to say Ryan and Skalnek came through for me again. I now have a great 2015 Ford F-150 and couldn't be happier.
