Service team went above and beyond! Turned a bad experience into a good one with all of the current part shortages. I appreciate their 'thinking' of the customer. This is the 2nd time they turned a bad experience into a good one due to current part shortages. Back in March, my vehicle was still not done due to a part that was not coming in on time. Service team and ownership made sure that it wasn't going to affect my upcoming obligations. They truely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. These days, customer experience is almost gone in many industries, including automotive. I appreciate their understanding of my needs, and took care of the issue as fast as they could. Dead battery One week after taking delivery of my new Edge the battery was dead, had to jump it twice prior to calling the dealership regarding the problem. I was instructed to bring it in and they would look at it while I waited. The Battery was in fact bad and the service men did a great job replacing it and getting me on my way in less than an hour. My recommendation for future pre-delivery is to check the batteries on every vehicle that has been sitting on your lot from December 2016 to July 2017 or later, when I took delivery it had Ben sitting for seven months Greg Miller More
