I debated giving them 4 stars, but in the long run decided on 3 because I still have a check engine light issue. Overall I don’t regret bringing my car to them though and would probably recommend them decided on 3 because I still have a check engine light issue. Overall I don’t regret bringing my car to them though and would probably recommend them to others. On the positive side. Their service assistant was really great and worked with me to figure out the work that needed to be completed. They were able to get it back running at least and the work they did on the suspension felt great. On the negative it smelled awful when I got it back. They left tools sitting on the passenger seat, there is a piece of trim on the side of the drivers seat that is broken and hanging (wasn’t that way when it was sent to them) and the check engine light turned back on a mile away from the shop. So although it runs, I still can’t register it after dumping over $5000 into it. I’d still recommend this shop though because I do feel like they were honest in the items they diagnosed and replaced. And even checked and recommended NOT to do some items I thought for sure it needed. I wasn’t able to pick it up until after closing time so they won’t be able to respond until after the long weekend. Hopefully the aforementioned issues can be addressed and corrected when they get back in the shop. More

I had been dealing with Doug Smith in Spanish for since October trying to get a recall on my jeep fixed and decided to try these guys as an alternative. The service dept was fine with changing our 16 spark plugs but we had to go back the next day with a new check engine light code. They said the code was there the day before. I was pissed. We took the vehicle back home and checked the vehicle ourselves. They probably didn’t put the vehicle back together right. We found a loose part and fixed it ourselves. I really appreciated the help from the Parts department, Eldon Johnston in particular, for advice on the repair of my 2009 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. Super helpful with electrical circuit printouts needed due to Eldon Johnston in particular, for advice on the repair of my 2009 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. Super helpful with electrical circuit printouts needed due to stolen DPF and catalytic converter where the harness side of the upstream O2 sensor had been cut. I scheduled a service appointment 2 weeks ago to get my vehicle's headlights looked at. I was asked if I was going to leave my car or wait for it and if I would need a ride anywhere. I showed up for my appointment and was expected to leave my car for a few days and that my appointment was just a time for me to drop off my car. I could have just dropped it off the night before through the night drop box if I was planning on just dropping it off. If someone made an appointment with my office and then showed up just to do paperwork, I would be out of business! More
