I would proceed with care on this one. We drove 5 hours both directions to buy a new Dodge Ram Longhorn Truck. The sales experience was pleasant enough, but we are at the end of our 45 days for our temporary plates and our paperwork was never sent to register the vehicle. They cashed the check and didn't finish the paperwork. We have been working for more than a week to get the paperwork that we need to get plates. They do not call back, do not follow through with the promises to get us the paperwork, and are, quite frankly, dodgy about it. Their phone system does not take messages and not a single one of them actually picks up the phone. As of now, we cannot drive this vehicle that we paid an extraordinary amount of money for. It looks as though we are going to have to go to Utah's governing body or a lawyer to get this done (the expensive car just got more expensive). In the meantime, we have a truck sitting in our garage without the ability to license it or drive it. More

Our salesman ,Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was the main reason we bought the truck. The dealership was nice and clean. The only real complaint was that the truck should have been cleaned, d He was the main reason we bought the truck. The dealership was nice and clean. We were visiting from Arizona and had some issues with our truck. We were on a time crunch and Darren, in the service department was AMAZING! He worked us in and the techs spent several hours diagnosing t our truck. We were on a time crunch and Darren, in the service department was AMAZING!
