There was no negotiating over the price, which I really appreciated. The car I had been driving for the past 11 years had no electric windows, doors or cruise control, nothing. It was like stepping out of the dark ages and into a futuristic car. He took the time to set up my phone to the SYNC system and explained things I did not understand. He set up a time to come back in for a follow-up session. He even rode home with me to get my car, as I had come in with my brother in his car.
