I do not have a strong recollection positive or negative of any staff member. So as a first time car buyer I was hesitant to say the least when my sister invited me to join her in an afternoon of car shopping, just to see what may or may not be available for us. With less than perfect credit, and not your average down payment with a potential trade in, I was feeling not so confident that buying a much needed newer to me car was even possible.. And then I met Julian from Donofrios Ford and I'm confident in saying I've found my guy. My go to. The hero that saved the day, my job, and made my future all that much brighter. From the moment we initially met his confidence in the fact that we could find something that I wanted within my price range. His communication throughout the whole process be it in person, on a call, or via text is beyond amazing , answered every question I could think of. Reassured me every step of the way through the process, as I was cautious from the start being a first time car buyer who didn't want to be taken advantage of. I'm confident in the fact that he fought his very best fight at getting me the best price and interest rate available to me as he called me with updates multiple times through out the day while researching which finance dealers had the best offer. Stayed late to accommodate my work hours when it came time to pick up the vehicle, never complaining not even once about any inconvenience it may have been. And truly celebrated the success of my deal with me upon my arrival. His smile was ear to ear and I could tell his excitement was of true genuine compassion and empathy at getting me such an amazing car with a better deal than I ever could have imagined. To say I'm spoiled, and have unrealistic expectations moving forward when it comes to car buying is the biggest understatement. Cause I doubt I'll ever meet a true genuine car salesman like him. With the knowledge and love of cars, and all the details they may offer, to his enthusiasm for your success in finding the perfect car for you and all your needs. With little to absolutely no pressure at all to take advantage or upsale the deal or put you in something you don't want. Simply put Julian is beyond amazing at his job and I cannot wait to refer any and all who make mention of my new car and where can they to go to get one.
