Service means service I was greeted by a smiling face technician who said he would take good care of my vehicle. He directed me to the waiting room and drove off with my I was greeted by a smiling face technician who said he would take good care of my vehicle. He directed me to the waiting room and drove off with my car. About an hour later he met me in the waiting room and went over item by item as to what he did in servicing my car. I was treated in a very respectful manor, the service department is top rate, same as all the other areas of Skyline Ford. Skyline Ford provides the most excellent vehicle servicing.. I bought my second Ford Edge at Skyline Ford and had it serviced a couple of days ago. My appointment time was promptly met and about 45 minutes late I bought my second Ford Edge at Skyline Ford and had it serviced a couple of days ago. My appointment time was promptly met and about 45 minutes later my Edge was ready for me to safely drive after an oil change, tire rotation and all other necessary inspections. Jason is always totally professional and all personnel are courteous and helpful. I also had an opportunity to visit with Jon, who sold me this vehicle. I depend of these men because I am now widowed and need their best advice and assistance. A couple of months ago the driver's door seemed to be sticking slightly when opening it; I stopped at Skyline Ford and the problem was immediately corrected. It's really reassuring to feel at home at a very necessary place of business! My appreciation is most sincere. More
