Problems have not been resolved. Texted with Gavin from earlier visit and no response. Texted back to Art after last visit and explained problems were worse and no response back after a week. Visited with Jim Agur in his office and he said he would get car taken care of along with cleaned inside and out plus an oil change . Car was not fixed and the cleaning and oil change was not provided. The car was brought in under warranty and was never fixed. You have not fixed issues and have just run warranty out. Very poor work, service, and broken promises.
